Cancellations

Please request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations close to the scheduled muhurat may be limited due to travel, samagri, and priest allocation.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the booking stage, expenses already incurred, and whether puja samagri or travel arrangements have been made. Approved refunds are processed through the agreed payment method.

Rescheduling

We try to support date and time changes whenever Pandit Ji availability and muhurat permit.
